Community Health Care Society Seeks Input on Supports for Older Adults

The Hornby and Denman Community Health Care Society is applying for grant funding to offer a day program for older adults including meals and activities, and support for spouse/family caregivers. Meetings to gather input are scheduled for June 19 at Denman Seniors Lounge and June 20 at Hornby office.
