DCLTA Reports Loss of Pepper Lane Site

The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported that it had lost the land intended for the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing project. It also announced an agreement with Denman Housing Association for five seniors-only units in the 20-unit Denman Green project.
