DCLTA Reports Progress on Seniors Housing

The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported that the Pepper Lane seniors affordable-housing property had been lost, but that an agreement with Denman Housing Association would dedicate five units in the 20-unit Denman Green project to seniors. The association also said it had identified an alternative property for a seniors-housing project.
