Denman ferry service improvements announced

BC Ferries reportedly agreed to several future service changes: the Quinitsa on Route 22 in summer 2023, the Kahloke on Route 21 during peak season, expansion of the Baynes Sound Connector to at least 70 cars, electric conversion of the BSC, and a new Island Class ferry on Route 22 in 2026.
