Denman Green Affordable Housing Project Advances Rezoning Application

The project requires rezoning from Commercial to R4(1) Affordable Housing, and the first reading of the bylaw amendments has been completed. The project includes a water plan with a well and rainwater harvesting system, wastewater treatment, and sustainable design features.
