Denman Green Project Plans Net Zero Energy and Rainwater Harvesting

Denman Green affordable housing plans include buildings constructed to Energy Step Code 4 standards aiming for net zero energy consumption using solar power. Due to a dry well, the project is developing a rainwater harvesting system for potable water, supported by UBC Engineers for a Sustainable World and specialist companies, following Ministry of Health guidelines.
