Denman Green Site Environmental Impact and Habitat Plans
environment · Denman Green site, Denman Island
An Environmental Impact Study recommends creating meadow habitat with native grasses to support species like Taylor’s Checkerspot Butterfly, thinning second growth to encourage habitat diversity, and placing no-build covenants on undeveloped areas. A 30m vegetative buffer and 10% maximum lot coverage are planned for the Denman Green site.
