Denman Hardware was founded in 1993 by Clark Siferd and Gloria Michin. Ownership changed hands in 2013 to Evan Penner and Ron Cadarette, and again in 2018 to Stirling Fraser, Noni Fenwick-Wilson, and Verna and Graeme Isbister, who currently operate the store.
