The Denman Island Local Trust Committee deferred first reading of the Denman Community Land Trust Association application to its January 21, 2020 meeting. ^[1]

Planner Marnie Eggen presented updates to the draft terms of reference, groundwater licence criteria, policies table and proposed bylaws. ^[1]

The applicant’s agent asked the committee to delay first reading while issues involving lane access, proposed buildings, sewage disposal setbacks and home occupation use were addressed. ^[1]

The committee approved the deferral at the applicant’s request. ^[1]
