Denman Housing Association to Acquire Site for Affordable Housing

The Denman Housing Association has reached an agreement to acquire 1.05 hectares of the ex-Rawganique property at 1151 Kirk Road for affordable housing development, pending rezoning and subdivision approvals expected to be considered by the Denman Island Local Trust Committee in May 2021. The project aims for energy-efficient, clustered two-storey buildings with net zero energy consumption.
