Howard Macdonald Stewart, a Denman Island author, has been shortlisted for the British Columbia Historical Federation’s Historical Writing Competition for his book "Views of the Salish Sea: One Hundred and Fifty Years of Change around the Strait of Georgia." The awards will be presented at the BCHF Conference in Nakusp, BC, May 24-27, 2018.
