A general local election will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018, to elect two local trustees for each of the Denman Island and Hornby Island Local Trust Areas for a four-year term. Nominations were accepted from September 4 to September 14, 2018. Same-day voter registration will be available, requiring two pieces of identification. Mail ballot voting is available for qualified electors.
