The Denman Island Local Trust Committee endorsed a draft community engagement plan for its Official Community Plan and Land Use Bylaw review, and requested an electronic special meeting to review policy options before community feedback. [1]
The plan identifies the density bank, increased permissions for secondary dwellings, proactive zoning for multi-unit cluster housing, and floor area and lot coverage limits as key engagement themes. [1]
