The Denman Island Growers and Producers Alliance is hosting a Festival of Apples and Nuts on October 8 from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm at the Community Hall and Farmer's Market, featuring pie sales, workshops, tastings, and a potluck harvest feast with live music.
