Hornby Community Emergency Preparedness Meeting Held

On February 17, HIRRA and Hornby Island Fire Rescue hosted a community emergency preparedness meeting with Comox Valley Emergency Program representatives. About 56 people attended to learn about emergency preparedness, including earthquake safety, emergency radio communications, and evacuation planning.
