The Hornby Island Residents' and Ratepayers' Association (HIRRA) will hold their annual budget meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 7:30 pm at the New Horizons Center. The meeting will review and approve budgets for local services including Fire Protection, Community Hall, Recycling/Waste Management, Recreation, Comfort Stations, Regional Parks/Trails, Invasive Weed Control, and Property Management.
