A Citizen Survey on the Islands Trust budget principles was launched in January 2022 to gather public feedback earlier than the official survey. Results from 524 respondents showed 42% want budget reductions, 90% want no increase, and 9% want increased expenditures. The survey results were presented to the Islands Trust Financial Planning Committee on January 19, 2022.
