K’ómoks Treaty Open Houses scheduled in September 2022

K’ómoks First Nation, British Columbia, and Canada are holding open houses to share information about the proposed treaty intended to create jobs, promote economic development, increase housing supply, support tourism, and encourage infrastructure investments. In-person open houses are scheduled for September 10 in Comox, September 12 in Union Bay, and September 17 in Sayward, with a virtual open house on September 29 requiring pre-registration.
