K’omoks Treaty to Establish Self-Government and Land Rights

The treaty will recognize K’omoks rights and title, establish self-government, transfer lands to K’omoks for self-management, and provide financial settlements. It includes concurrent law-making authority and shared decision-making in K’omoks territories.
