Nia Movement Classes Offered Weekly at Activity Centre

A Nia class combining martial arts, dance, and healing arts is held every Friday at 10:30 am at the Denman Activity Centre. The ongoing class welcomes all levels and offers 10-week sessions, drop-ins, and scholarships.
