Pentlatch Seafoods Applies to Expand Shellfish Aquaculture Tenure at Henry Bay

Pentlatch Seafoods LP has applied to the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development for an amendment to their deepwater suspended shellfish culture tenure at Henry Bay near the north end of Denman Island. Public comments are accepted until April 9, 2021. The application is also under review by the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval regarding marine navigation.
