The Denman Community Land Trust Association announced it will not complete the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing Project at the proposed Denman Road location behind the Guest House due to the landowner's unwillingness to wait for full construction financing. The project had secured rezoning, removal from the Agricultural Land Reserve, subdivision approval, and design plans, but the land purchase agreement required construction funding commitment by December 31, 2022.
