Presentation on Low Carbon Diet and Sustainable Living

On November 6, organic auditor Lisa Pierce and food justice activist Fireweed will present on the carbon footprint of foods and sustainable agricultural practices as part of the One Planet – One Island forum series. The presentation will include discussion on overcoming roadblocks to adopting a low carbon footprint diet. Previous presentations in the series have covered topics such as CoHousing and natural building techniques.
