Pentlatch Seafoods LP has applied to the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development for an amendment to a shellfish aquaculture licence at Henry Bay near the north end of Denman Island in Baynes Sound. Public comments are accepted until April 9, 2021. An application for approval under the Canadian Navigable Waters Act has also been submitted.
