Due to new BC Real Estate regulations effective June 15, 2018, small brokerages with fewer than three agents can no longer operate. Bente Pilgaard announced closure of RE/MAX The Islands brokerage office in downtown Denman Island as of August 1, 2018, and will continue as an independent agent under a larger brokerage from a home-based office.
