The Islands Trust Council Committee of the Whole recommended that staff reorganize agency referral responses according to sections of the draft Policy Statement and continue work on the Agency Referral Responses table. [1]
The recommendation was moved by Trustee Judith Gedye and seconded by Trustee Peter Luckham, and was carried. [1]
The meeting included a presentation by Be the Change Group representatives Natalie Chan and Ange Cullen on survey and public correspondence analysis from Phase 4 Community Engagement. [1]
The minutes record that trustees discussed the draft Trust Policy Statement, outstanding First Nations and agency referrals, survey and other public feedback, an implementation plan and companion handbook, and work for the incoming Islands Trust Council. [1]
