WAC Deer Response Team authorized to euthanize and remove injured wildlife

The DIRA Wildlife Advisory Committee's Deer Response Team members are designated by Conservation Officers to euthanize injured wildlife suffering from catastrophic injuries, often due to vehicle collisions, and to remove dead animals from roadsides and private properties to prevent hazards and attractants for scavengers.
