A fashion event titled 'A Taste of Afghanistan' will be held on August 2, 2025, at 5:30pm at the Denman Activity Center (1111 Northwest Road). The event features traditional Afghan cuisine, live dance performances, and a contemporary fashion show, with all proceeds supporting the Leg-Up Fund for Afghan women resettling in Canada.
