BC Ferries Delays Tree Cutting at Gravelly Bay After Community Protest

Following a spontaneous protest by Denman residents against BC Ferries' plan to cut 127 trees at Gravelly Bay to expand parking for Hornby Island traffic, BC Ferries agreed to delay the project indefinitely while alternative traffic management solutions are sought.
