BCEHS Vital Link Award Presented for CPR Response on Denman Island

On August 23, 2020, a man suffered sudden cardiac arrest while biking near the Denman Island ferry. Local residents and visitors performed CPR until paramedics arrived. The event was recognized with a Vital Link Award presented at the Denman Ambulance Station on December 13, 2022.
