Nearly four years after filing a lawsuit seeking an injunction against ship-breaking at Union Bay, the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) has yet to obtain a trial date. Meanwhile, ship-breaking operations continue, raising concerns about pollution and environmental impacts on Baynes Sound.
