Concerns About Density Transfers and Water Supply in Bylaw Proposals

Concerns were raised about density transfers allowing smaller lot sizes than current zoning permits, potentially creating precedent for further bylaw exceptions. Additionally, water supply issues were noted for some receiver lots on Danes Road, where wells were deep and salty or shallow dug wells with uncertain sustainability, raising environmental and future resident concerns.
