Covered Recreation Space Project Secures Full Funding

The Denman Island Community Education Society (DICES) has secured full funding for the Covered Recreation Space project, overcoming previous setbacks. The project, with a budget over $275,000, received additional funding from the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) totaling $58,000, ensuring completion. Construction is expected to begin in late spring with local materials and community involvement.
