CVRD Explores Bulk Water Solutions but Faces Challenges

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) explored providing bulk water through its Denman Island Water Local Service Area but faced liability and operational constraints, leading to no immediate solution for bulk water supply on Denman Island.
