DCLTA announces seniors housing plans

The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported that land for the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing project had been lost, but that an agreement had been reached with the Denman Housing Association to dedicate five units in the 20-unit Denman Green project to seniors. The association also said it had identified an alternative property for a seniors housing project and planned to reveal details at its AGM.
