DCLTA annual general meeting

The Denman Community Land Trust Association will hold its annual general meeting and share updates on its seniors-housing work. The association lost the land intended for Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing, but has an agreement with Denman Housing Association for five seniors-only units in the 20-unit Denman Green project and says it has identified an alternative property for a seniors-housing project.
