DCLTA Reports Loss of Pepper Lane Site

The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported that it lost the land intended for the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing project, but reached an agreement with the Denman Housing Association to dedicate five units in the 20-unit Denman Green project to seniors. The association also said it had identified an alternative property for a seniors housing project.
