DCLTA Reports Progress on Seniors Housing

The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported that it had lost the land intended for the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing project, but reached an agreement with the Denman Housing Association for five seniors-only units in the 20-unit Denman Green project. The association also said it had identified an alternative property for a seniors housing project and would reveal details at its AGM.
