Denman and Hornby Islands Population Increased Significantly from 2016 to 2021

According to the 2021 Census, Denman Island's population increased by 19% to 1,391 residents and Hornby Island's population increased by 21% to 1,225 residents since 2016. Both islands have fewer persons per dwelling compared to provincial and national averages.
