Denman Community Land Trust lost Pepper Lane property

The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported that it had lost the land intended for the Pepper Lane Seniors Affordable Housing project. The association said it had subsequently reached an agreement with the Denman Housing Association to dedicate five units in the 20-unit Denman Green project to seniors.
