Denman ferry traffic backups reported

A letter reported that Hornby-bound traffic backed up at Denman terminals and Buckley Bay, including gridlock near the Denman Road–Northwest intersection. The writer said the congestion created safety and quality-of-life concerns for drivers, pedestrians, cyclists, horseback riders and service vehicles, and proposed flaggers and resident-priority reservations.
