Denman Island Bus Service Encourages Roadside Ride Hailing

The Denman Island Bus Service has adopted roadside ride hailing as a community feature, allowing passengers to flag down the bus at safe locations along the route. Safety concerns exist due to narrow roads and limited pull-over spots, with possible adoption of school bus procedures to mitigate risks.
