A community information meeting will be held via Zoom on August 6, 2020, to discuss proposed bylaws amending the Denman Island Official Community Plan and Land Use Bylaw. The proposal involves reducing permitted density on one parcel and increasing it on another to allow up to 25 dwellings, including 20 rent-controlled affordable housing units managed by the Denman Housing Association.
