Denman Island Trails and Parks Committees Recognized for 'The Last Stand' Trail

The Denman Island Trails and Parks Committees were acknowledged for building the Pickles Trail, known as 'The Last Stand,' which protects a patch of mature second-growth forest and wetland area previously threatened by logging and development.
