Anthony Gregson, Chairperson of DenmanWorks, has been criticized for holding his position past the four-year term limit, not publishing meeting minutes since 2018, recruiting board members without public notice, and making decisions without transparency or accountability. Complaints have been filed with the B.C. Societies Act and the Ombudsperson regarding these governance issues.
