Free Bus pilot project operating on Hornby Island

The Free Bus pilot project on Hornby Island was in its second year with six daily circuits and two additional drivers hired. The service provided free transportation around the island, positively impacting social connectivity and reducing vehicle use. Drivers now wear tie-dyed uniforms.
