Functional Fitness Classes Starting July 20 and 21

Functional fitness classes led by Jessi will begin at the Denman Activity Centre on Wednesdays at noon starting July 20 and Thursdays at 6:30 pm starting July 21. Classes are open to all levels with a drop-in fee of $15.
