Health Canada Survey on Medical Cannabis Access Raises Concerns for Patient Gardens

Health Canada has released a public survey seeking feedback on cannabis legalization and regulation, including a question about whether a distinct medical access program is necessary. There are concerns that this could lead to the removal of patient gardens, which provide medical cannabis to individuals who grow their own medicine.
