The Hornby Island Residents and Ratepayers Association (HIRRA) will hold a hybrid meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:30 pm at Room to Grow and via Zoom. The agenda includes presentations and motions to approve tax-funded service 2024 budgets.
