Holiday Hamper Program Seeks Donations and Volunteers

The Denman Island Community Education Society (DICES) is organizing the Holiday Hamper program to support local families and individuals in need with food and gifts during the festive season. Donations of gifts, treats, and cash are being accepted until December 12, and volunteers are needed for wrapping and packing on December 22.
This is the archive, not the newspaper. Between 2018 and 2026 this site compiled these items automatically from public community sources — chiefly The Islands Grapevine, regional news feeds and community groups.
